It's time for Ladera Little League baseball and softball!
We are so excited to get the spring season underway with a fun-filled day for the players and their families!
Opening Day is for all of the players - not just the players who happen to be playing games that day. We'll get started promptly at 10am with the Parade of Players, where each team is introduced to the entire league.
Teams will line up by division along the outside of the Major "Beebop" field fence line. Signs will be posted along the fence line for each team. Tee-ball teams will be announced first followed by the Rookie, Minor, Major, and Junior baseball teams and the Rookie, Minor and Major softball teams wrapping around towards right field.
Parents: please escort your players to their managers/coaches and then proceed to the bleachers or find a spot around the field to watch the ceremony.
We will have special guest and L.A. Dodgers Alumni, Ken Landreaux, on hand to throw out the first pitch of the season.
We ask that all players arrive no later than 9:15 am in uniform (team uniform distribution information to come from your teams). After the ceremony, enjoy fun activities, including L.A. Dodgers giveaways, Ladera LL gear, bounce houses, the fantastic snack bar, and of course the first games of the season!

Arrive early because parking will be a challenge on Opening Day. All players on all of the teams will be in attendance, which means there will be more people in attendance than we have parking spaces. Add to that, our neighbors at AYSO will also be opening their season on 3/9. Additional parking can be found on Fairfax Avenue. Please DO NOT park in areas along the red curb because you may be ticketed.
