Do you have a passion for youth baseball and softball and want to play a key role in our community? We're looking for dedicated volunteers to join the Ladera Little League Board of Directors for the upcoming term. This is your chance to directly influence the decisions that make our league great and ensure our players have the best possible experience.

Serving on the board is a rewarding one-year commitment, running from October 1st to September 30th. We welcome nominations from any current 2025 league member—including managers, coaches, team parents, and other volunteers
who have completed a Little League background check. We will elect up to 12 candidates to serve.

What's expected of a board member?

• Active Participation: Attend regular board meetings, both in person and over the phone.

• Leadership: Take on a specific role within the board and fulfill its duties.

• Teamwork: Join a subcommittee to focus on a specific area of our league's operations.

• Support: Help with our fundraising efforts, which are vital to the league's success.
